Refund Policy

At FlowEase Studio, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Since our products are delivered digitally, there are a few things to note:

Digital Products

Because our automation kits, templates, and guides are instantly accessible after purchase, all sales are final.
However, we understand that tech can be tricky sometimes — so if you run into download issues, file errors, or other problems accessing your product, reach out within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.

Duplicate Purchases or Accidental Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, send us a quick note with proof of both transactions, and we’ll issue a refund for the duplicate.

Special Exceptions

In rare cases — such as significant product errors or accidental mischarges — we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion.
